  • Mid-level and above, with a track record in transformation, operational excellence, product or internal consulting roles.
  • An AI-augmented practitioner with serious AI literacy: you use AI daily in your practice, can demonstrate it through concrete use cases, and understand AI architecture well enough to hold your own with an AI expert.
  • Product management at the core: a solid command of the craft, from framing problems to managing stakeholders and driving outcomes, kept adaptive as AI capabilities evolve.
  • Facilitation and relational maturity: able to help teams and individuals progress without taking their place, and autonomous and credible in exchanges with the Business Lines and corporate functions.

Job description

Requisition ID125193-Posted13/10/2026-Switzerland-Geneva- Activity area (1) -Experienced Professionals

The Pictet Tech division specialises in designing and integrating cutting-edge software applications, including advanced portfolio management systems, sophisticated trading platforms and comprehensive banking and corporate solutions. As a key contributor to the Group's strategic advancements, the Pictet Tech division plays a vital role in driving transformative innovations that enhance our services and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Join the Innovation entity within Pictet Tech, which brings together the Operational Performance Center (OPC), the AI Centre of Excellence and AI engineering capabilities. The OPC identifies, defines and implements performance and efficiency levers: target operating model design and implementation, process review (Lean), coaching, facilitation of collectives through our Innovative Problem Solving offering, and product management on innovative products. Being part of the OPC means being an agent of change, whatever the nature of the initiative at hand.
As a Transformation Manager, you take on this mission across varied mandates: designing operating models, supporting product managers and teams, and embedding new ways of working. You accompany change without taking the teams’ place, and from day one you work as an AI-augmented practitioner, bringing AI’s paradigm shift into what you design. Your first mandate: complete the group-wide transformation of the product organisation, with AI enablement built in.

Your role
  • Drive the roll-out of the AI enablement approach, first within Pictet Tech and then across the Group, focusing on augmenting non-technical roles such as product managers and business analysts, and keeping the method adaptive as AI capabilities evolve.
  • Support Pictet employees and teams facing challenges to resolve, drawing on coaching, facilitation or advice as the situation calls for, and run task forces and structured problem-solving initiatives (Innovative Problem Solving).
  • Guide teams and product managers through the adoption and maturation of a new product operating model: help new roles and practices take hold, and support their lasting embedding well beyond the initial rollout.
  • Mobilise and orchestrate the specialist resources needed for delivery: the AI Centre of Excellence, software engineering, and the Business Lines’ development capabilities, directing this technical work rather than performing it yourself.
Your profile
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Operational design and delivery: able to structure a target operating model, an approach or a task force, and to move from framing to execution, delivering part of the work yourself while directing specialist resources for the rest.
  • Hands-on experience of software development, or of a software development lifecycle from the inside, is an advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Residency in Switzerland required.
  • We are looking for a curious and pragmatic individual, comfortable with ambiguity and able to build credibility without imposing. You enjoy helping others succeed, you take ownership of the initiatives entrusted to you, and you bring the autonomy and sense of collaboration that will allow you to make a difference across the organisation.
