Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a Training & Development professional to design, deliver, and oversee GMP-compliant training programs in a manufacturing setting. You will assess organizational training needs, develop curricula, and conduct sessions using diverse methods to ensure compliance and performance.

• Experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in German; English at least intermediate.

Aufgaben

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify training needs and gaps, collaborating with department managers.
• Develop training curricula, outlines, materials, and assessment tools.
• Facilitate training sessions using various methods (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, e-learning).
• Monitor and evaluate training programs using surveys and assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and participant progress.
• Ensure training materials meet compliance standards and regulations.
• Manage training resources (venues, equipment, materials).
• Utilize LMS to schedule, track, and report training activities.
• Keep up-to-date with training and development trends and technologies.
• Regularly report progress and outcomes to management.

• Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to schedule, track, and report on training activities.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in training and development to ensure programsremaincurrent.
• Regularly connect with management and other key collaborators on training progress, challenges, and outcomes
