We’re growing – and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Trainee Sourcers / Junior Recruiters. This is a perfect entry-level role if you're curious about the world of recruiting, love working with people, and want to learn how hiring works from the inside out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As part of a team working with well-known Swiss and international clients, you’ll :
- Learn how to source, attract, and engage candidates across a range of industries and functions (e.g. IT, engineering, sales, operations, back office, compliance, etc.)
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for frequently hired profiles
- Use tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal platforms to identify strong profiles
- Create smart search strategies to find passive talent in competitive markets
- Assist in screening and first conversations, learning how to assess motivation and potential fit
- Maintain accurate candidate data and support smooth communication across the recruitment process
- Partner with experienced recruiters and account managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring goals
What You’ll Learn

- The basics of talent mapping and market insights
- How to communicate with impact – with candidates and hiring teams
- Effective use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM / ATS systems

What We’re Looking For
- We don’t expect you to come with experience – we’ll teach you that. But you should bring :
- A growth mindset and willingness to work hard and learn fast
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – in English and German
- Curiosity about people, how businesses hire, and what makes talent tick
- A structured, proactive and organized approach to work
- Bonus : education or internship experience in HR, sales, communications or business – but not essential
