m1nd-set is the world-leading market research agency specialized in the travel and travel retail industries. We currently have an opening for a Trainee Program in Market Research for a duration of 12 months in our headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, starting in June 2025 (or to be discussed).

This trainee program is a unique opportunity to be part of an international team, to acquire professional experience in all steps that make a market research project successful and to work with major global brands. The trainee will be part of our Travel Retail research team, which supports brands, airports and retailers with research and insights into the travelling consumer. He or she will learn how to manage, coordinate and report on international market research projects and will work directly with the company’s senior project managers and partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Recent graduate with a Masters level or equivalent (e.g. Management, Marketing)
  • A motivated person, who can work independently
  • Comfortable with quantitative analysis and statistics
  • Able to work with MS Office tools (SPSS, Tableau are an asset)
  • Precise in his/her work
  • Flexible and dynamic personality
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), another language an asset
