Job summary

Nexoya Ltd. in Zürich is launching a 12-month traineeship designed to turn graduates into trusted advisors for Europe’s top brands. You will learn at the intersection of marketing, analytics and AI, with a dedicated buddy to guide you.

After year one you’ll manage your own clients in a permanent Customer Success & Account Management role. You’ll start with Foundations (Months 1–3) learning digital advertising platforms, then Applied (Months 4–8) with client work and sprint exposure, and

Qualifications

• Completed or soon-to-be-completed degree in business, data science, marketing or related field.
• Strong numerical and data skills; comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in German and English; Italian a plus.
• Interest in AI and analytics; not required to be a developer.
• Willing to learn fast and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cross-channel performance data across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Master attribution, marketing mix modeling and incrementality for clients.
• Prepare and present budget optimization insights from Nexoya platform.
• Work with AI tools daily for analysis and client meeting prep.
• Collaborate with clients to turn data into actionable recommendations in German and English.
• Own projects that move the team forward.
