Nexoya in Zurich offers a 12-month traineeship that takes you from graduate to trusted advisor for Europe’s best-known brands. You’ll learn at the intersection of marketing, analytics and AI, handling real responsibility and hands-on work with AI daily.

After the program, you’ll manage your own clients in Customer Success & Account Management; you’ll work in German and English, with a dedicated buddy, a permanent contract from day one, salary progression and equity on completion.

Qualifikationen

• Must have or be close to completing a degree in business, data science, marketing or related field.
• Enjoy working with numbers and data, e.g., in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent in German and English; comfort with technical concepts is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Learn digital advertising fundamentals across search, social, and display.
• Build attribution insights and explain results to clients.
• Own projects and support client budgeting decisions with AI-powered analysis.
• Work with AI tools daily for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate across marketing, analytics, and product teams.
