Garda Capital Partners seeks a Business Analyst intern to join a global team supporting the firm’s core trade capture and P&L system across multiple asset classes. You will collaborate with Trading Assistants, Middle Office, Risk and Technology to maintain stability and accuracy in a high-paced trading environment.

You will gather user requirements, assist with real-time support, onboarding, and testing of system releases and patches.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on in real-time support and end-of-day activities.
• Experience gathering user requirements and delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with market data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg) and data connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to interface with users and technical teams.
• Master’s degree in STEM or Finance.

Aufgaben

• Provide real-time application support for diverse users (PMs, Risk, Middle Office, Trading Assistants).
• Perform start-of-day checks on market data feeds and risk reports.
• Collect and analyze user requirements; collaborate with tech teams or vendors to design and deploy enhancements.
• Support onboarding of new users and ensure smooth adoption of system features.
• Coordinate and execute local testing for new releases or urgent patches.
