Sixtant seeks a trading, market structure, and strategy implementation expert to identify nuts and bolts, write code to carry out market-structure based trades, and monitor execution. You will work on a fully remote, entrepreneurial team, contributing directly to p&l while addressing long-term projects and quick-turnaround solutions.

You will engage in monitoring trading strategies, building tools, and designing new strategies with real-money execution across crypto markets.

Qualifikationen

• Trading and market structure experience with exchanges and order books.
• Designed, executed and monitored real-money trading strategies on an exchange.
• Production software development with performance considerations.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and improve execution of current trading strategies.
• Build tooling to monitor and extrapolate activity of other market participants.
• Develop and test new trading strategies and surface data for monitoring.
• Manage open positions and hedges for running strategies.
• Spend significant time writing code and interacting with market structure and trade execution; own long-term projects and quick solutions.
