AMINA Bank AG seeks an eTrading Engineer to join the Trading & Treasury team in Zug. The role focuses on supporting trading activities, data analysis, and system management, reporting to the Head of eTrading.

You will help develop the eTrading platform for Spot and Derivatives, manage exchange connectivity, optimize pricing and auto-hedging setups, and contribute to data-driven pricing models. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with crypto/blockchain is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Banking & Finance.
• Interest in trading and technology with exposure to markets like FX, Equities or Crypto a plus.
• Ideally 3–4 years of work experience.
• Programming in an object-oriented language like Java or Python is a must.
• Knowledge in Data science is a plus.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eTrading Engineer to join our dynamic eTrading team within the Trading & Treasury department. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of eTrading and will be responsible for supporting the team in various trading activities, data analysis, and system management.

Your AMINA To-Do List

• Work on bank strategic projects within trading. This involves analyst, project management, and testing tasks.
• Support the trading desk with daily run-the-bank tasks. This includes client setups for pricing and trading, reporting tasks and ad hoc trade analysis.
• Development of the eTrading platform for the Spot and Derivatives desks. This includes management of exchange connectivity and client eTrading tools, optimizing pricing/auto-hedging setups, and performing data analysis.
• Programming of algorithmic models for pricing and execution,

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

• A finished master or completed bachelor certification in Engineering or in Banking & Finance.
• Interest in trading, and technology. Experience in markets like FX, Equities or Crypto is a plus. Ideally 3-4 years’ work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think quickly and offer alternative solutions with great attention to details.
