Job summary

IWC Schaffhausen offers a 6‑month internship in Trade Marketing Assets to support the Brand Experience Team from January 2027. The role involves assisting in the management and implementation of Printed Materials, Visual Assets, Gifts and Special packaging, with exposure to SAP-related processes and cross‑market coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a business/marketing degree, have strong project management skills, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in Business and/or Marketing
• Min. 2 years working experience and very pronounced project management-skills and proficiency
• SAP-experience is a plus
• Proactive attitude
• Exact, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details also in stressful situations
• Hands-On mentality
• Very service-oriented mindset
• Highly stress-resistant personality that easily communicates in an international environment
• Full business proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Support in project management, development, implementation and monitoring of: Printed Materials, Visual Watch Assets, Gifts and Special packaging
• Handling supplier communication: briefing, coordinating and launching productions
• Order management support in collaboration with markets worldwide
• Logistical management in collaboration with the internal logistics-department
• 360° SAP-Handling of Trade Marketing Articles: Article-creation and -maintenance, article fact sheets, Sharepoint
