Easyfairs Switzerland in Geneva seeks a Marketing Coordinator to drive the 360-degree marketing plan for our trade fairs. You will coordinate content, campaigns, and partnerships, supporting the sales team to attract exhibitors and enhance the visitor experience.

The role combines administrative and creative marketing tasks in an international environment, with remote and on-site work options and a strong focus on digital content and SEO/SEA initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing, Social Media or Multimedia.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or high-precision industry preferable.
• Creative with strong communication and social media skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Experience producing business videos is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement a targeted content strategy for trade fairs with the Head of Event.
• Design content for digital communication and update marketing materials.
• Maintain website content, newsletters, emails, and media partnerships.
• Support SEO/SEA and coordinate with external suppliers.
• Identify partnerships with industry associations and media.
• Coordinate content partners, speakers, and on-site formats at fairs.
• Deliver topics through forums, exhibition areas, and tours.
• Manage partner agreements and on-going relationships.
• Create on-site video coverage of exhibitor news during shows.
• Support sales in attracting and managing exhibitors.
