This is a remote position.

We are expanding into the English market and are looking for passionate Tour Managers to join our team on European river cruises.

This role combines cultural guiding with operational support on board, ensuring that both the travel experience and service standards are delivered at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Guiding and accompanying groups during cultural trips and excursions.
• Delivering cultural and historical lectures and presentations with a focus on art and history.
• Supporting the organization and coordination of daily programs.
• Assisting in the quality control of onboard services to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinating ground operations, including buses, tickets, and local guides.
• Acting as the main contact for guests during tours and onboard, managing group dynamics and ensuring a smooth experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Tour Manager or Local Guide, managing cultural trips, groups, or exhibitions.
• Strong knowledge or academic background in History, Art, or related fields.
• Very high level of English (bilingual required).
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage group dynamics and coordinate multiple services.
• Flexibility to work in international and dynamic environments.
