The Ticketing Systems Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing and monitoring all ticketing sales platforms and systems. This role involves identifying issues as well as proposing and implementing improvements in preparation for ticket sales across events such as UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA Women’s EURO 2029, the UEFA Nations League finals and UEFA club competition finals.
Setting up, testing and maintaining all ticketing platforms and systems used for ticket sales
Monitoring platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Understanding business needs and managing the configuration, set-up and operational delivery of ticket resale platforms
Collaborating closely with other members of the ticketing sales team to anticipate business needs, align on specifications, liaise with the system provider, meet deadlines and ensure smooth sales operations
Supporting additional ticketing sales activities, including the maintenance of customer communication content on the UEFA.com ticketing page
Experience: from 4 to 6 years years’ experience with content management systems
Education: Bachelor's in information technology, web development, web technologies or another relevant area
Languages: Proficient in English
