Zusammenfassung

UEFA is seeking a Ticketing Systems Specialist to configure, test and monitor ticketing sales platforms for major events and finals. The role requires 4–6 years in content management systems, a IT/web degree, and English proficiency.

Location is Nyon with up to one day per week of remote work, starting ASAP and ending 31 July 2029. Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected, and SecuTix experience is a strong asset.

Main goal

The Ticketing Systems Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing and monitoring all ticketing sales platforms and systems. This role involves identifying issues as well as proposing and implementing improvements in preparation for ticket sales across events such as UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA Women's EURO 2029, the UEFA Nations League finals and UEFA club competition finals.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, testing and maintaining all ticketing platforms and systems used for ticket sales
• Monitoring platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Understanding business needs and managing the configuration, set-up and operational delivery of ticket resale platforms
• Collaborating closely with other members of the ticketing sales team to anticipate business needs, align on specifications, liaise with the system provider, meet deadlines and ensure smooth sales operations
• Supporting additional ticketing sales activities, including the maintenance of customer communication content on the UEFA.com ticketing page

Requirements

Experience

• from 4 to 6 years' experience with content management systems

Education

• Bachelor's in information technology, web development, web technologies or another relevant area

Languages

• Proficient in English

Other requirements

• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
• HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge would be an asset
• Experience working with ticketing systems, in particular knowledge of SecuTix, would be a strong asset
