UEFA Events SA – Ticketing is seeking a skilled Ticketing Systems Specialist to configure, test and monitor all ticketing platforms ahead of major events. You will work with the ticketing sales team to anticipate needs, set up platforms, and ensure smooth sales operations across UEFA EURO 2028, Women's EURO 2029, Nations League finals and club competition finals.

The role requires 4–6 years of CMS experience, a Bachelor’s in IT or related field, and proficiency in English.

Main goal

The Ticketing Systems Specialist is responsible for configuring, testing and monitoring all ticketing sales platforms andsystems. This role involves identifying issues as well as proposing and implementing improvements in preparation for ticketsales across events such as UEFA EURO 2028, UEFA Women’s EURO 2029, the UEFA Nations League finals and UEFAclub competition finals.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up, testing and maintaining all ticketing platforms and systems used for ticket sales
• Monitoring platforms to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Understanding business needs and managing the configuration, set-up and operational delivery of ticket resaleplatforms
• Collaborating closely with other members of the ticketing sales team to anticipate business needs, alignon specifications, liaise with the system provider, meet deadlines and ensure smooth sales operations
• Supporting additional ticketing sales activities, including the maintenance of customer communication content onthe UEFA.com ticketing page

Requirements

Experience

• from 4 to 6 years years’ experience with content management systems

Education

• Bachelor's in information technology, web development, web technologies or anotherrelevant area

Languages

• Proficient in English

Other requirements

• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
• HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript knowledge would be an asset
• Experience working with ticketing systems, in particular knowledge of SecuTix, would be a strong asset
