Job Description

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of verification activities within our development projects. You will ensure the quality and reliability of software, intelligent actuators, valves, and sensors within the Belimo product portfolio.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing integration and verification strategies in line with project planning to advance innovative, intelligent products.
• Defining and continuously optimizing general verification procedures based on system requirements and use cases.
• Planning and ensuring timelines, infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance for all verification activities.
• Coordinating, executing, and monitoring test processes in close collaboration with development and verification teams.
• Analyzing test results, assessing risks, and initiating appropriate measures for quality improvement.
• Defining serial tests considering risk analyses and statistical methods.
• Working closely with project managers, development and verification engineers, validation managers, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies (ETH/University/FH) in software or electrical engineering with several years of experience testing complex, interdisciplinary systems such as embedded software, electronics, mechanics, and sensors.
• Solid knowledge in designing and implementing integration and verification processes.
• Practical experience with test management tools, agile methods, and automation in build, release, and DevOps testing.
• ISTQB certification as a Test Manager is advantageous and enhances your profile.
• Structured and independent working style, high decision-making and quality orientation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and enthusiasm skills, along with strong social and intercultural competence.
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
