We are looking for a motivated Test Manager in Zurich to join Technology Center of Global Investment Bank in Wealth Management area. Team is working on providing the needed information and channels of delivery to business users for tailoring of offers for client needs. Sales and Marketing team is multicultural organisation with main location in Switzerland and team size of 50+ people
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a results-oriented top-performer. We need a Test Manager / QM who is conceptually strong and experienced with setting up and maintaining Quality Assurance on program and project level, defining QA Concepts (to ensure that the quality dimension is sufficiently taken into account in a program), QA Plans and appropriate QA Measures. He/she should be proactive, dynamic (driver seat) and able to communicate at mgmt. level.Key aspect on this position is **communication**. A person that would be working on such position is expected to be able to speak to senior stakeholders including business representatives.Do you have a knack and a flair for marketing automation? Are you at your best when solving complex issues and joining the dots? We're looking for someone:
- to drive the Integration and validation of Unica Suite modules (Platform, Plan, Interact, Journey, Campaign, Optimize) in our Wealth Management ecosystem
- having knowledge of and in-depth interest to learn marketing automation processes and associated data dependencies
- Work in an agile manner
- Analyze requirements, design test plans
- Define and implement the test strategy
- Maintain and foster relationships with the business and technical stakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, Software Developers, Software Architect, Product Quality Manager) and be responsible for further development of agile testing as part of the quality assurance community of practice.
- Coach other team members in quality assurance, test strategy and methods.
- Together with your scrum team actively shape and design quality of assurance and testing activities
- Support the business during business acceptance test
- Generate and share timely test reports/test evidences.
SKILLS
Must have
- - Good understanding of global organizational structure and key functions and a good network within one or more banking divisions and/or corporate center functions- Have multiyear experience in Quality Assurance, Test Management or Quality Management area, preferably in banking industry- Strong understanding of IT Technologies; CRM is a technical challenge and requires a technical minded person- Excellent communication skills to form strong relationships with IT and Business- Have strong analytical skills, open minded and self-motivated- High level of competence in verbal and written English- Have very good understanding of business as well as technical language- Know Scrum framework and is ready to work that way- Ready to see SAFe Agile framework as a comfortable environment to work in-
Nice to have
• Basic understanding of implementation and integration of marketing automation software (e.g. Unica, Adobe Campaign) preferred• Basic understanding of cloud environments (Pivotal Cloud Foundry & Microsoft Azure preferred) & cloud-native applications (e.g. microservice architecture) desired• CRM (EM/DM)• SAFe• Banking domain experience is a plus.• Experience in MSD Power platform Modules (Customer Insights, Sales, CDM) will be a strong plus
