Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of a test automation framework.
2. Design and implement automation testing infrastructure.
3. Establish formal frameworks, suites, standards, and processes.
4. Evaluate and develop new tools and processes for complex automation unit and integration test suites.
5. Collaborate with Business Owners, Architects, and Firmware engineers.
6. Contribute to CI / CD from the testing perspective.
7. Develop and enforce automation testing standards and best practices.
8. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5+ years in test automation.
2. 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
3. Advocate for Agile methodologies.
4. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) processes and tools.
5. Programming skills in Python.
6. Experience with automation tools on Windows / Linux.
7. Service-oriented attitude with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
8. Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
9. ISTQB certification (preferred).
10. Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory (preferred).
11. Experience with testing human interface devices (HID) (preferred).
12. Experience with BLE protocol (preferred).
13. BS / MS in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Additional Information:

1. 12-month contract with potential for extension.
2. Possibility of 2 days of work from home per week after initial ramp-up.
