Olympus Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager based in the Aarau region to cover Central & North Switzerland, promoting our Surgical Endoscopy & Devices range. You will plan, execute, and monitor sales activities, focusing on endoscopy towers for laparoscopy and handheld instruments, aiming to exceed sales targets and margins in the designated territory.

The role requires a proven sales track record, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience in medical devices or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Independent, proactive and results-driven with ability to manage territory autonomously.
• Clinical or bioscience background is preferred.
• German language fluency and good English are required; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate and sell surgical instruments and equipment from Laparoscopy Imaging and Surgical Devices divisions.
• Develop and execute sales forecasts with sales management.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers and prospects.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships regularly.
• Assist in organizing customer events such as trade fairs and workshops.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
