Qualifikationen

• University degree in Law, preferred from a Swiss university.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Very good knowledge of MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Review of customer & supplier contracts.
• General support with legal cases.
• Case-by-case assessments in connection with possible sanctions.
• Support and review of key IT supplier contracts.
• Interface to external lawyers in debt collection cases.
• Oversee matters relating to GTCs, GTPs and the commercial register.
• Export Control and compliance with applicable laws.
• Defining departmental guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Contract management and participation in M&A activities.
