6–12 Month Temporary Project - Immediate Start

Our client is an international automotive group experiencing strong growth across global markets. As part of its continued expansion in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to join the company on a 6–12 month temporary project contract.

This is a key, hands-on position within a startup and build-up environment, offering the opportunity to play a central role in establishing the systems and processes required to support the company’s growing Swiss operations.

The Role

Working closely with the local management team, the ERP Manager will take ownership of the setup and implementation of the ERP system, ensuring it supports the operational needs and continued growth of the company in Switzerland.

The role will combine ERP expertise, project management and close collaboration with the business. The successful candidate will be expected to understand operational requirements, translate them into effective ERP processes and drive the implementation through to successful go-live.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the ERP setup and implementation for the Swiss organisation
• Work closely with local management to understand business requirements, priorities and operational needs
• Define and implement appropriate ERP processes and workflows
• Configure and adapt the ERP solution to support the company's activities in Switzerland
• Coordinate with key functions including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales
• Manage data preparation, migration, testing and system validation
• Coordinate with external ERP providers, implementation partners and internal stakeholders as required
• Establish clear processes, documentation and system controls
• Support user training and drive adoption across the organisation
• Manage the go-live process and resolve implementation issues
• Ensure the ERP environment is practical, scalable and able to support the company's future growth

Your Profile

• Proven experience as an ERP Manager, ERP Project Manager, ERP Implementation Manager or in a similar hands‑on position
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, setup or greenfield projects
• Previous experience working in a startup, scale‑up or newly established organisation is highly desirable
• Comfortable operating in an environment where systems, processes and structures are still being developed
• Experience working with Odoo would be a strong advantage; experience with similar ERP solutions will also be considered
• Good understanding of core business processes across areas such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
• Autonomous, pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach
• Comfortable working closely with senior and local management in a fast‑moving international environment
• Immediately available or able to start at very short notice
