Zusammenfassung

KeyPartners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for its Swiss operations. The role focuses on hands-on HR delivery across the full employee lifecycle, reporting to the HR Director Switzerland.

Immediate availability is required to support growth and organizational development in Switzerland. You will work closely with managers, team leaders, and employees to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes and policies, while coordinating payroll with the external provider and maintaining

Qualifikationen

  • 3–4 years of HR experience (Junior HRBP/HR Generalist)
  • Immediate availability is required
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and employment practices
  • Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and termination processes
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and admin
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities independently
  • High level of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic organization

Aufgaben

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, administration, offboarding and terminations.
  • Coordinate recruitment with hiring managers and define profiles, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Improve onboarding processes for smooth integration of new hires.
  • Handle offboarding and terminations with professional execution and Swiss law compliance.
  • Serve as HR contact for managers and employees on operational topics.
  • Support managers on employee relations, performance, and people-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with the external payroll provider.
  • Prepare contracts, amendments, and HR documentation; maintain HR data and records.
  • Provide regular HR reporting to the HR Director.

Our client is an international automotive group experiencing strong growth across global markets.

To support its continued expansion and organizational development in Switzerland, we are looking for a hands-on and pragmatic Human Resources Business Partner who is immediately available to join the local organization.

The Role

Reporting directly to the HR Director Switzerland, the HR Business Partner will take responsibility for a broad range of operational HR activities across the entire employee lifecycle. The role requires someone who is comfortable combining HR expertise with day-to-day execution and who is willing to dive into the work and take ownership of HR topics from start to finish.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with managers, team leaders, and employees, ensuring that HR processes are efficient, consistent, and compliant with Swiss labor law while supporting the continued growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, offboarding, and terminations.
  • Manage recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers and team leaders, including defining profiles, coordinating candidate selection, interviews, offers, and hiring.
  • Coordinate and support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
  • Manage offboarding and termination processes, ensuring professional execution and compliance with Swiss labor law.
  • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers, team leaders, and employees on operational HR matters.
  • Support managers and team leaders on employee relations, performance, organizational, and other people-related topics.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes are aligned with Swiss labor law and local employment requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll activities with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of all relevant information.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR data, and personnel documentation.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reporting for the HR Director.
  • Support the continuous development, improvement, and maintenance of HR processes, policies, procedures, guidelines, tools, and structures as the organization grows.
Your Profile
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience as a Junior HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable broad HR role.
  • Immediate availability is required.
  • Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to be directly involved in operational HR activities.
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and local employment practices is an advantage.
  • Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and termination processes.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee administration.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities independently.
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and growing organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent German and English are required.
