Temenos Test Lead - Wealth & Private Banking

Job summary

FORFIRM in Switzerland seeks a Temenos Test Lead to drive testing across Temenos Transact (T24) in Wealth/Private Banking environments, coordinating IT, business and vendor stakeholders. You will design end‑to‑end test strategies, oversee SIT/UAT, manage defects and ensure regulatory, security and resilience requirements are met before production.

Required is a strong background in Temenos modules, core banking changes, and test management within multi-entity financial services settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7 years IT testing experience, with 5 years in Temenos Transact (T24).
• Experience in core banking projects and test management in multi-entity environments.
• Background in financial services, preferably private banking / wealth management.
• In-depth Temenos Transact Wealth modules knowledge and regulatory testing.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Temenos testing strategy and test plans for releases and changes.
• Coordinate test case design for Temenos modules and interfaces ensuring coverage of regulatory requirements.
• Lead SIT, regression, UAT and non-functional testing with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage defect lifecycle and provide go/no-go recommendations for deployments.
• Support CAB/eCAB preparation with testing status and risk assessment.
• Act as Temenos testing SME and report progress to governance bodies.
• Ensure adherence to security, data governance and resilience standards, including DR/BC testing.
