Job summary

Capco in Switzerland is seeking a Temenos Configuration Specialist - Credit / Lending to lead the configuration, integration and testing of Temenos lending capabilities across the full loan lifecycle.

You will work with credit operations, architecture and technology teams to translate business requirements into robust configuration solutions, support end-to-end processes from drawdown to maturity, and ensure high-quality delivery in an agile or hybrid environment.

Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in banking technology, lending, credit operations or core banking transformation.
At least 4 years of practical Temenos experience, ideally Core / Transact lending.
Strong knowledge of the lending lifecycle from setup to maturity.
Experience with interfaces, data migration and risk/control processes.
Fluent English and ability to document functional/technical designs.

Responsibilities

Configure lending products, credits, limits and facilities within Temenos lending.
Translate requirements into functional designs and implementation-ready solutions.
Support end-to-end lending processes including drawdown, repayments and期限 events.
Collaborate with architects, integration teams and control functions.
Define test scenarios and provide hands-on support during testing.
