Akkodis is seeking an experienced Temenos Test Lead to oversee testing of Temenos Transact (T24) and related interfaces. You will plan, coordinate and govern testing activities across projects, changes and releases, ensuring compliance with IT Change Management, security and regulatory requirements before production deployment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in IT, Finance or Business, or related field preferred.
• Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) required.
• Project management or agile certifications (e.g. PMI, Scrum) desirable.
• Mandatory local regulatory or IT certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7+ years of IT testing experience, with at least 5 years on Temenos Transact (T24).
• Experience in core banking implementation and test management in multi-entity financial services.
• Experience testing suitability/appropriateness and investment restrictions in Temenos/Wealth contexts.
• Experience with Temenos interfaces used in Wealth.
• Familiarity with Temenos parameterisation for Wealth features.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain Temenos testing strategy (functional/integration/regression/UAT/non-functional).
• Design and maintain test cases for Temenos modules/interfaces; ensure regulatory, IT controls, data integrity coverage.
• Lead SIT, regression, UAT and relevant tests; coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage defect lifecycle, assess impact and risks; provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Support Change Manager and CAB/eCAB with testing status and post-deployment checks.
• Ensure adherence to standards and drive process improvements in testing and testing tools.
• Support operational resilience tests, audits and controls documentation.
• Contribute to training and awareness in testing practices.
