Hitachi Energy seeks a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the integrated management system across the High Voltage Technology organization. You will collaborate with R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers to ensure consistent application of quality processes and regulatory requirements.

This global role involves shaping quality practices across an international technology organization, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement to deliver safe and compliant

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree with strong experience in integrated management systems or quality governance.
• Experience in ISO certification, auditing practices, and management of changes to quality systems.

• Lead development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Standardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across functions with strong governance.
• Coordinate internal and external certification audits and drive corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Monitor process performance using defined metrics and statistical methods to identify trends and risks.
• Integrate customer feedback and quality data into the IMS for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to teams on IMS requirements.

We are looking for a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization.

In this role, you will work closely with Technology Center R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support internal and external audits, strengthen process governance, and use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System in alignment with business requirements, standards, and regulations
• Standardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across R&D, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers, ensuring consistent adoption and effective governance
• Coordinate and support internal, Technology Center, GPS, and external certification audits, analyzing findings and driving corrective action plans for identified non-conformities
• Monitor R&D and GPS process performance using defined metrics, data analysis, and statistical methods to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Integrate customer feedback, Lessons Learned, NCR, and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes and support continuous improvement
• Provide guidance and training to R&D Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness, accountability, and consistent application of IMS requirements

Your Background

• Engineering degree combined with strong experience in Integrated Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, or quality governance within a complex industrial or technology organization
• Solid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations and standards, and the management of changes to quality systems and requirementsExperience conducting or supporting internal and external audits and managing non-conformities and corrective action plans; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly valuable
• Experience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and the standardization of cross-functional business processes
• Knowledge of R&D and product development quality processes, including Gate Models, APQP, New Product Introduction, or Global Product Support environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuable

Minimum Salary

• Starting from: 52,700 Gross annual salary

The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
