As a Technology Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between IT teams and Product stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of technology initiatives while maintaining clear communication across all parties.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-launch support in close collaboration with Group IT
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate communication between technical teams (IT and/or external supplier) and business stakeholders, ensuring requirements and constraints are clearly understood
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Track and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, escalating issues when necessary
- Drive acceptance and technology consolidation across the whole E&E unit
- Deepen the collaboration with Group IT services to influence technical decision-making
Your profile:
- 3+ years of project management in software development or IT infrastructure
- Deep understanding of SDLC and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMP-ACP, or CSM is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools, beneficial but not essential
- Experience with digital transformation and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German
