Job summary

WinGD Ltd. in Winterthur, Switzerland, seeks an Expert Technical Support LTSA to empower customers under LTSA for 2-stroke engines. Location Winterthur, workload 100%.

You will provide high-level technical support, analyze root causes, and collaborate with remote monitoring centers to enable quick resolutions and continual improvement. The role demands a B.Sc./M.Sc. in mechanical engineering, strong engine know-how, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines.
• Field service experience or familiarity with WinGD products.
• Experience in troubleshooting and remote investigations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with ability to deliver high-quality support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA.
• Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute through root cause analysis, technical reporting and continual improvement.
• Support product development activities and coordinate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers.
• Provide technical customer support and perform analysis and troubleshooting.
• Reporting and documentation.
• Product improvement and knowledge development.
