Qualifikationen

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent educational background.
• Strong experience and knowledge of 2-stroke marine engines and their operation.
• Experience in field service activities or knowledge of WinGD products so as customer support processes are considered an advantage.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting, performance analysis, and remote investigations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and digital reporting tools.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for learning, new technologies, and continuous professional development.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level technical support to customers operating WinGD 2-stroke engines under LTSA(Long Term Service Agreement).
• Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries, investigations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute through Root Cause Analysis, technical reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support product development activities and cooperate with WIDE Remote Monitoring Centers.
• Provide Technical Customer Support and perform Technical Analysis and Troubleshooting.
• Reporting and Documentation.
• Product Improvement and Knowledge Development.
