Technical Solutions Consultant vacancy for our Zurich-based client in the Technology sector.

Your tasks:

1. Provide high-touch technical support with strategic clients to facilitate migration from the Content API for Shopping to the Merchant API for large, strategic, complex partners and advertisers via proactive outreach to internal and external stakeholders and reactive support via emails and ad-hoc meetings.
2. Conduct virtual workshops with client development teams to discuss integration architecture, review changes, and suggest best practices.
3. Perform implementation reviews, advocate for new product features, educate partners, and ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges.
4. Design support solutions for complex customer challenges and recognize patterns for reuse by other partners.
5. Manage relationships with a portfolio of partners, engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with Business Development, Product Managers, and Partner Operations Managers to upgrade client integrations and request tools to improve processes and performance.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience working with APIs, understanding how they work, and how partners are integrated with Google.
• Customer-facing experience, including delivering presentations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of data coding and SQL.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
