A technology solutions provider in Baar, Switzerland is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to enhance their SaaS solutions market in German-speaking regions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, strong interest in AI, fluent German, and prior experience in tech sales. This position offers a dynamic environment with a hybrid working model and a bonus system.
We are currently looking for a
based at our Headquarters in Baar, Switzerland, starting immediately or upon agreement. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the dynamic and successful growth of the business, selling our SaaS solutions in the German part of Switzerland, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, requirements gathering, technical and commercial proposals, up to negotiation and closing deals. You will successfully navigate proof of concepts and guide our customers to contract signature. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be accountable for achieving the defined sales targets and adapting the market outreach as necessary to successfully exceed your territory goals.
