CERN invites applications for an experienced administrative professional to support its technical units during the Long Shutdown 3. The role focuses on data management, accounting tasks, and contract support within a sensitive environment in Geneva.

You will contribute to workforce planning for a diverse team of around 130 engineers, physicists and technicians, while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion across all activities.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of professional experience since graduation in Business Administration or a related field.
• Highest educational qualification is a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Applicants without a university degree are not eligible. Applicants must not have held CERN fellow or graduate contracts before.

Aufgaben

• Support administrative tasks and data management for CERN's technical units.
• Monitor expenditures and contribute to major contracts.
• Ensure effective follow-up on workforce planning for ~130 engineers, physicists and technicians.
