HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead and coordinate international maintenance projects and service contracts
  • Ensure smooth mobilization of new maintenance contracts for our locomotive fleet
  • Continuously promote and enhance process definition, standardization, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Develop and deliver technical solutions while supporting the Operations team through expertise and guidance
  • Serve as a key interface between departments, hierarchy levels, and external maintenance partners across Europe
  • Contribute your know-how to the sales process, helping tailor solutions that precisely meet customer needs in collaboration with our Sales team

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

  • A completed technical or university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the rail industry is considered an advantage
  • A track record of successfully leading or supporting complex international projects
  • A flexible mindset and the willingness to grow your responsibilities alongside the business
  • Team player, known for your social competence, ownership mentality, and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
