Frontify is a leading brand platform that enables teams to govern, connect, and scale brand work. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own external partner integrations and internal AI-first projects, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient workflows. Hybrid work includes one day per week in our St.

Gallen office. You will drive contracts, onboarding, QA, and launch coordination while shaping interfaces between internal tools like Slite, Linear, Figma, Claude, and more.

Qualifikationen

• You are an effective implementer who turns plans into outcomes and follows through on commitments.
• You move quickly, close feedback loops, and own work with minimal reminders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across Product, Design, PMM, partners, and teams.
• You understand API concepts, authentication flows, and LLM tooling to assess implementations.
• Hands-on experience building automations using low-code/integration tools or eagerness to develop that skill.

Aufgaben

• Partner integration delivery across contracts, SOWs, SLAs, payments, renewals, and delivery coordination.
• Provision and manage partner environments and tooling access.
• Run development cadences with weekly check-ins, milestone tracking, and blockers resolution.
• Coordinate QA processes and track formal acceptance against SOW deliverables.
• Collaborate with PMM to support launches through docs, enablement materials, and readiness activities.
• Bridge partner launches into go-to-market activities and manage post-launch maintenance with partners.
• Scope and manage internal AI-first workflows and integrations across Frontify’s tool stack.
• Identify gaps in processes and proactively solve them to improve efficiency and execution quality.
• Balance routine operational tasks with open-ended project work in a hybrid environment.
