ActAI in Zürich invites a skilled Web Frontend Engineer to build core web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets. You will own complex, interactive surfaces from architecture through implementation, collaborating with product, design, backend and AI engineers to embed AI into everyday workflows.

You will focus on performance, accessibility and real-time features, delivering fast, reliable experiences that scale with user needs while shaping frontend architecture and reusable

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience building complex, production web apps with React, TypeScript and modern frontend tech.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, browser APIs and performance.
• Experience building interactive products such as chat, collaboration, calendars or document editing.
• Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, streaming APIs, or collaborative interfaces.
• Strong product and UI judgment with attention to interaction details.
• Able to independently own features from design through production.

Aufgaben

• Build major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs and Sheets.
• Develop complex interactions including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, scheduling, tables and spreadsheets.
• Build reusable frontend architecture and components across ActAI applications.
• Integrate streaming AI responses and model-driven experiences into product workflows.
• Own frontend performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with product and design to move ideas from prototype to production quickly.
