A dynamic multinational tech company, Seargin, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee product development from concept through to market release. The role requires a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and experience in product development, particularly with mass-produced components, in a hybrid working model.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably with mass-produced components.
• Experience in taking prototypes into mass production.

Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager!

Cooperation: contract of eymplyment

Working model: hybrid - 4 days per week from the office, 1 day remote

Tasks:

• Further Develop concepts, design prototypes, and coordinate simulation activities.
• Set up testing and qualification methods.
• Serve as the technical interface for suppliers during industrialization.
• Lead engineers and technicians in project teams.
• Oversee all product development phases from design to market release.
• Engage in interdisciplinary engineering activities, including ideation, design, validation, and jobsite testing with customers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably with mass-produced components. (manufacturing experience) It can be screws, widgets etc.
• Proactive and target-oriented working style with efficient stakeholder management.
• Collaborative team player with a self-confident personality.
• English C1
• someone who know putting, taking the idea, the prototype into mass production
