For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager. This innovative healthcare organization is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, specializing in groundbreaking research, development, and manufacturing of life-changing medicines across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, immunology, and neuroscience. Your Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for international content enablement solutions, defining the "what" and "why" based on deep customer insights and market requirements
• Collaborate closely with global product hub teams and international stakeholders to align technology solutions with content strategy approaches
• Monitor and prioritize international requirements within global development backlogs, ensuring timely delivery according to established roadmaps
• Serve as technical subject matter expert for product gaps analysis and recommend adjustments to meet international customer needs
• Develop comprehensive activation strategies including market scalability, training programs, adoption measurement, and user satisfaction tracking
• Lead change management initiatives by documenting current and future state processes, overseeing stakeholder alignment and communication strategies
• Execute activation roadmaps with strong project management oversight, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships at senior levels across global organizations while influencing strategic decision-making

Your Profile

• 10+ years of proven experience in strategic program management, product leadership, and MarTech project delivery
• Deep expertise in Content Enablement technologies such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content Authoring Tools (CAT), and Design Systems
• Technical knowledge of Aprimo and Veeva platforms is highly advantageous
• Understanding of marketing channels including web platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and CRM systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level relationships and present effectively to all management levels
• Strong track record in implementing and tracking multiple programs under strict timelines within complex global organizations
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to inspire and align extended teams toward excellence
