Clear Solutions Laboratories in Basel is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to expand our pharmaceutical and biotech client base. You will combine technical pharmaceutical expertise with strategic sales to translate complex drug product challenges into project opportunities and drive proposals through to award.

The role requires strong communication with regulatory, quality and manufacturing teams, plus fluency in English. On-site, permanent, full-time with competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree and several years of technical experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong communication with regulatory, quality, manufacturing and development teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Develop new clients by identifying pharmaceutical, biotech and CDMO opportunities.
• Lead client discussions to understand technical challenges and timelines.
• Translate client needs into projects and coordinate with internal specialists.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and drive opportunities toward orders.
• Build long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM data, track opportunities and support revenue planning.
• Develop sales and marketing materials with technical experts.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events to generate leads.
