Zusammenfassung

grape is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the technical onboarding of grape connect for new and existing customers. You will sit within Customer Success and collaborate with CSMs, Sales, and IT partners to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

You will own wage type mapping, drive automation with customers, and manage pre-sales feasibility assessments. Swiss payroll domain knowledge and strong cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in client-facing roles, including managing implementations and translating technical detail into clear business language.
• Strong project management skills, coordinating timelines and stakeholders across multiple engagements.
• 5+ years hands-on with REST APIs, Bearer-token auth, JSON Schema, and mapping/validating data across JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Operational understanding of Swiss payroll systems, time tracking software, and related HR/payroll processes.
• Business acumen for partner-level conversations and pre-sales feasibility ahead of deal closure by sales.
• Fluent in German and English; Swiss German and French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end grape connect implementations for new and existing customers.
• Drive adoption of grape connect with the Customer Success Manager to foster automation.
• Run technical pre-sales assessments for grape connect (feasibility, scoping, effort estimation, quotation) before sales closes deals.
• Own wage type mapping processes and testing set-ups with customers.
• Build technical partnerships with IT providers to standardise integrations and future implementations.
