grape connect is our data standard linking payroll and HR to the grape platform, enabling insurance process and absence management automation. You own the technical implementation, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, IT partners, and customers for a fast onboarding.

You will build partnerships, map wage types, configure accounts, and maintain clear documentation while ensuring high-quality integrations. German and English fluency required; Swiss German or French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in client-facing roles, including managing implementations.
• Strong project management across concurrent engagements.
• 5+ years hands-on with REST APIs, Bearer-token auth, JSON Schema, and data mapping across JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Operational understanding of Swiss payroll systems and HR processes.
• Commercial experience scoping technical feasibility ahead of deal closure by sales.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in German and English; Swiss German or French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end grape connect implementations for new and existing customers.
• Drive adoption of grape connect with CSMs to automate processes.
• Run technical pre-sales assessments for feasibility, scoping, effort estimation, and quotation.
