Job summary

Antaes is seeking a Project Manager to support pharmaceutical product introductions and changes at the Hettlingen site. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, develop project plans, and ensure GMP-compliant documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

The role requires a university degree in a relevant field, proven PM experience, and strong German and English skills. Experience in sterile production is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements.

Job description

• Supporting customer products throughout their entire product lifecycle
• Evaluation of new products and product changes in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Preparation of quotations for new products, product modifications, and new customers
• Project management for the introduction of new products or product changes at the manufacturing site in Hettlingen
• GMP-compliant documentation of product introduction or modification
• Reporting to management and the customer

Tasks

Supporting customer products throughout their entire product lifecycle

• Creation of change controls and project management for product implementation
• Creation of change controls and project management for product changes
• Is informed about critical deviations and CAPAs relating to the product
• Identifies and suggests optimizations/changes to produce the product efficiently and in good quality.

Evaluation of new products and product changes in cooperation with the specialist departments

• Preparation of GAP analysis/feasibility analysis of potential new products
• Obtaining relevant information from specialist departments for CAP analysis/feasibility studies
• Clarification with HSE regarding the feasibility of the product
• Creation of the list of activities for implementing the product/product change
• Creation of an internal business case

Preparation of quotations for new products, product modifications, and new customers

• Collaboration with Finance on product costing
• Collaboration with specialist departments on the costs of the respective activities defined in the evaluation
• Preparation of the offer based on the cost evaluation and follow-up with the customer

Project management for the introduction of new products or product changes at the manufacturing site in Hettlingen

• Creation of a project plan and project team
• Coordination of project activities with the specialist departments
• Leading internal project meetings
• Resource management related to the project

GMP-compliant documentation of product introduction or modification

• Creation and updating of project management documentation in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• Support in creating master batch records
• Protocol and report creation for technical tests and activities
• Support with validation documentation

Reporting to management and the customer

• Proactive reporting in the event of significant deviations from the project plan or critical events during the product lifecycle
• Reporting on project status and product status at specified intervals

Education/expertise

• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, process engineering, or similar field of study
• Experience in project management and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Experience in sterile production is an advantage
• Good knowledge of GMP and FDA requirements
• Knowledge and application of methods and tools that support project management
• Very good written and spoken German
• Very good written and spoken English skills
