Antaes Consulting in Switzerland seeks a go-to expert for external sterilization processes and validation activities within the Qualification & Validation Team of the Quality Department.

You will lead external sterilization programs for active ingredients, excipients, and packaging materials, review and maintain validation documentation, and optimize strategies with external service providers to ensure top quality and patient safety.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of sterilization technologies such as Gamma and ETO.
• Experience with sterilization validation in a regulated environment.
• Background in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.

As part of our Qualification & Validation Team within the Quality Department, the role will be as the go-to expert for external sterilization processes and validation activities. Working with external partners, you will help ensure the highest standards of product quality, compliance, and patient safety.

The Role

• Lead and co-ordinate external sterilization activities for active ingredients, excipients, and packaging materials.
• Prepare, review, and maintain sterilization validation documentation.
• Review and optimize validation strategies with external sterilization service providers.

The Profile

• Strong knowledge of sterilization technologies such as Gamma and ETO.
• Experience with sterilization validation in a regulated environment.
• Background in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Confident communication skills in German and English.
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
