Zusammenfassung

EY’s Financial Services Technology Strategy & Transformation team helps financial institutions define and deliver large-scale transformation programmes. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll operate where business, technology and transformation meet, guiding engagements from strategy to go-live with a focus on data-driven outcomes.

You’ll lead workshops with senior stakeholders, shape target operating models, and support governance and readiness activities in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Business Information Technology, IT, CS, Engineering or equivalent with tech affinity.
• Six+ years in management consulting, business analysis or transformation in financial services.
• Understanding of banking processes, operating models and data migration challenges.
• Hands-on requirements elicitation with business and tech stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping and data quality validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or Generative AI is a plus.
• Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, flexible mindset and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across financial services.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse current-state processes, data flows and operating models; design future-state solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, process designs and user stories.
• Support data-related transformation initiatives, including data mapping and testing.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks and open decisions.
• Prepare high-quality documentation and client presentations for steering committees.
• Support governance, readiness assessments and implementation activities.
• Contribute to proposals and thought leadership within EY Financial Services Consulting.
• Coach juniors and foster inclusive, high-performing team culture.
