You will move between a support ticket, a patch cycle, and a workflow-automation experiment in a single day, promoting automation-first thinking and documenting reusable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Intune and macOS device management tools like Addigy or Jamf.
• Strong Windows/macOS admin and basic networking fundamentals.

Aufgaben

• Prototype and deploy lightweight automations to reduce manual toil.
• Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices and SaaS tools with timely issue resolution.
• Maintain IT documentation and support hybrid collaboration (A/V, Zoom Rooms).
