You will join the global Analyst/Associate class and collaborate with a large regional team on live transactions, gaining real-time experience in M&A in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Prior investment banking experience.
• Academic background from a top-tier educational institution.
• Outstanding financial modelling skills.
• Proven understanding of transaction cycle and steps in the process.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
• Interest in and focus on M&A structuring.
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, able to work independently.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Solid understanding of broader IB products.
• Experience in dealing with clients and transactional advisers.

Aufgaben

• Build complex financial models and prepare valuation, merger and other analyses.
• Draft presentation materials, management & Board materials, memoranda for M&A or client dialogue.
• Stay updated on market developments and knowledge of M&A structuring.
• Collaborate with industry, country and product colleagues during origination and execution.
• Organize and project-manage M&A processes; support due diligence, deal docs and announcements; liaise with clients, advisers and regulators.
