You will design test benches, develop Python and LabVIEW automation, analyze data, and report findings that guide product qualification.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in hardware testing or validation.
• Experience designing and commissioning test benches for electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong Python for test automation and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of sensors/instrumentation and calibration.

Aufgaben

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy for structural, mechatronic, and sensing subsystems.
• Design, commission, and operate test benches for mechatronics systems (actuators, mechanism, cabling and sensor).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, LabVIEW) to control test hardware, execute stress and performance tests, and log critical data.
• Compile clear, structured test reports that compare results against specifications and derive actionable learnings.
• Identify failure modes, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks, translating findings into design recommendations.
• Represent the test function in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
