RIVR, an Amazon company, is building Physical AI with autonomous robots for real-world doorstep delivery. The hands-on leadership role focuses on defining test strategy, bench design, automation, and data analysis while mentoring engineers and driving process maturity.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams to align testing with product milestones, represent testing in design reviews, and advocate for high-quality, reliable robotic systems.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics or related field.
• 7+ years in hardware testing/validation with leadership role.
• Strong Python scripting for test automation and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Define and own end-to-end test strategy for structural, mechatronic, and sensing subsystems.
• Design, commissions, and operate test benches for mechatronics systems with safe practices.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to control test hardware and run stress tests.
• Compile structured test reports and feed design learnings into the cycle.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and systems teams.
