Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank in Zürich is seeking a Tech Lead to head the newly formed Developer Experience team. You will shape the team's direction and be hands-on building tooling that makes engineers productive across the full development lifecycle.

You will design and improve CI/CD pipelines, build internal platforms and SDKs, integrate GenAI into tooling, and own the platform roadmap with a focus on reducing friction, speed, security and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years building services and libraries with Java (Quarkus) or Node.js (NestJS).
• 3+ years technical leadership across multiple teams.
• Working experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.

Aufgaben

• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines, review workflows, and release processes.
• Build internal platforms, SDKs, CLIs, and libraries adopted by engineers.
• Integrate GenAI into platform tooling thoughtfully, with automated quality checks.
• Own the platform roadmap. Balance feature requests, technical debt, and strategic investments using real data.
• 6+ years building services and libraries with Java (Quarkus) or Node.js (NestJS).
