Sygnum Bank is seeking a Tech Lead for Core Banking who will connect our products to the platform the business relies on. You will mentor engineers, oversee critical systems, and drive secure integrations across business domains.

You will balance technical leadership with people management, shaping the team’s roadmap and ensuring dependable delivery in a fast-paced crypto banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering and operating critical systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring an engineering team with a focus on quality and security.
• Proven track record in architecting resilient systems with emphasis on maintainability, observability and stability.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the Core Banking Tech team; guide delivery, coach engineers, and recruit great people.
• Support people’s growth; set goals, conduct 1:1s, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay close to the code; write and review high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design discussions.
• Champion quality and security; integrate SSDLC into team workflows.
• Keep systems dependable; ensure availability, resilience, and observability of services.
• Shape planning and steady delivery; collaborate with Product Managers and Architects on the roadmap.
• Manage stakeholders across the value stream; communicate constraints and trade-offs clearly.
• Lead through ambiguity and changing priorities; provide structure and sound judgement.
• Act as a dependable integration partner; guide other teams on Core Banking service integration.
• Nurture a safe, energizing culture; empower every team member to contribute meaningfully.
