Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige berufliche und Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in der Dialyse.
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Organisationen zu navigieren und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben

• Co-Leitung der ambulanten Klinik mit ca. 40 Behandlungsbetten und 30 Mitarbeitenden.
• Verantwortung für die professionelle und personelle Leitung eines interprofessionellen Pflegeteams.
• Qualitätssicherung in der Pflege innerhalb regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the outpatient clinic with approximately 40 treatment beds and 30 staff across three locations, alongside department heads and team leaders
• Responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of an interprofessional nursing team
• Ensure high-quality, efficient care within regulatory frameworks
• Coordinate and plan outpatient clinic workflows and participate actively in projects
• Care for patients and relatives according to patient- and family-centered care models

Qualifications

• HF/FH nursing qualification with several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in dialysis
• Resilient, flexible, with high social and professional skills
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, pragmatically, and navigate complex organizations
• Appreciates responsibility and actively contributes to change processes
